I have a to-do list [...] The focaccia sandwich that we introduced last week was a huge hit! We are overjoyed that people love our food. We never heard of a sandwich with tostones in place of bread. How can one go wrong with tostones as a foundation for a sandwich? I bought the plantains today in anticipation of making this treat!
