I had the pleasure of being in Chicago last week, ordering a breakfast sandwich at Delicious, and enjoying every bite thanks to your amazing pepper jack vegan cheese. thank you!
I bought some of your cheese last weekend at the Chicago vegan mania, I’ve been vegan for 15 years and this is the best vegan cheese I have ever tasted. One of the things I really miss and haven’t been able to find a good subsitute for, is a grilled cheese sandwiches, other vegan cheeses were never as satisfying. But your cheese definitely hits the spot. Thanks so much I will definitely be spreading the word.

How far can you ship the cheese and how is it kept from spoiling in transit?
I would love to try some, but being near Toronto, Ontario, I don’t have any easy access to your cheeses.

That would be an interesting challenge. Although, I never tried it in my non-vegan days, so I don’t have a taste reference to build from.
Just picked up some of your uncheese from my local grocery, True Nature Health Foods. What can I say… this is by far the best uncheese I have had. Thanks so much! I’m looking forward to trying more varieties.
